How do you cook all risks out of chicken?
I am new to cooking, and I cooked some chicken breasts in the oven without cleaning them first. I’m concerned about microbes or whatever, and I was going to chop the mostly cooked chicken into smaller pieces and cook them in oil.
I don’t want to waste the chicken, even if it doesn’t taste spectacular.
Any insights are greatly appreciated.

Roll your rinsed chicken breast in egg white then a mixture of ittallian bread crumbs,garlic powders , black pepper, and the sprinkle kind of parmesan cheese. bake approx 45 minutes at 350 or until the temp on chicken is 180 and chicken is crispy to ur pleasure
