I’m thinking of writing a cookbook, what recipes should I include?
I am writing a cookbook for my family for Christmas and I would like it to be useful. What types of recipes should I include (no need to list whole recipes, just ideas for what goes into a great cookbook)? I plan on cooking everything I include to make sure the recipes are only the best. 10 points for the best suggestions. Thanks for your input!
Dear Teri, I am not a cooking chef, but I think I can suggest you some ideas on the book.
1) First the organization of the book should be very functional, and the book should be read from a different section each time. I mean, you could divide your books in parts like:easy cooking, medium, hard; not spicy, spicy, very spicy; low calorie, medium calorie, high calorie; French, asian, Fusion, etc….
2) The book should be divided in plastified sheets like a file. So people can organize it by their taste.
3) You should select the dishes to include by checking the most eaten one’s, so then you are sure to satisfy most readers.
4) Make a blog and a website to make a newsletter, and create forum, so people can exchange ideas.
