Anyone out there have The Joy of Cooking from the late 60′s – early 70′s?
There was a recipe for cheesecake with a zwieback crust in it. The newer editions of the cookbook don’t have it. I desperately need that recipe!!
The only one I could find was New York Cheesecake from the Joy of Baking site:
