Can someone recommend a good cookbook for the lazy cook?
i hate ones that are too complex and involve lots of hard-to-find ingredients, just wanna cookbook that i can use after a hard days work when i dont wanna spend hours in the kitchen.

You do not need to make difficult sauces as you can just open a can of Campbell soup say ( mushroom) and pour over fried chicken and you have a tasty meal. It works well with noodles too. It uses everyday ingredients. This book is published and distributed in Canada and USA.
