I am looking for the recipe for homemade noodles from the “old” betty crocker cookbook. They have changed the?
The recipe is from the 1950′s cookbook
This is from the 1976 or so Betty Crocker… I have one from the 50′s too.
2 C flour
3 yolks
1 egg
2 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 c water
Mix all together adding water 1 T at a time… Im assuming you made them before so know how to do it.
Here is how I make mine
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 C flour
