Cake Decorating Book?
I’m trying to recall the name of a cake decorating book that I previously owned, but then lost, and I want to buy again.
The book I think was hardcover, mildly substantial in size and was by a professional cake decorator who gave classes to students. The photographs were all in the decorators point of view. There were huge pictures of a Chocolate Castle, a Bon Voyage cake in the shape of an airplane, a Check (from the bank) and a Teddy Bear, as well as a birthday cake with a clown on it I believe.
I understand it may be hard to help me identify this book, but I’m trying to find it again.
