How to know whether my relative boarded a plane from other country ?
My relative schedule to board plain from other country . Sitting in US, how do I know whether he boarded the plane or not ? The airline office is closed in other country being night .
Airlines will not give out that information. The best that they can tell you is that the passenger has a reservation, but they cannot tell you that someone is actually onboard. Privacy Legal issues involved.
If your relative was not onboard, don’t you think that perhaps they might call you to let you know that they missed the flight and what their new schedule is?? After all, if they are coming to visit you, it would be the polite and proper thing to do. I would assume they were aboard, unless I heard from them otherwise.
Thank God I’m a Country Boy:John Denver

The Southern Country Editor $28.25 First published in 1948, The Southern Country Editor is a study of the country press from the time of the Civil War to the 1930s. More than a mere account of the country newspaper, it is a picture of eighty years of Southern life and thought.By the 1940s, when Clark was researching and writing The Southern Country Editor, the South was undergoing a great economic and social transition. It was rapidly losing its farm and rural character as industrialization and urbanization advanced throughout the region. The Southern Country Editor provides one of the clearest windows through which modern readers can catch a realistic glimpse of the interests, excitements, hopes, and attitudes of Southern farm and smalltown people in the days before modernization of the South. In his perceptive examination of the role and influence of the country editor, Thomas D. Clark has made a significant contribution to the institutional history of the South. The bibliography he has provided includes 183 newspapers, published in towns that stretched from North Carolina to Texas. Author: Clark, Thomas Dionysius/ Sproat, John G./ Fite, Gilbert C.
