Is banana bread a great food to eat to help gain weight?
All of the foods and supplements suggested to consume with the goal of gaining weight all taste terrible. I tried banana bread the first time the other day and i love it. Will eating the bread consistently throughout the day with the combined intake of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a protein shake effectively help me gain weight?
To gain weight, you need to eat more than what you burn. So if along with banana bread (good stuff), you eat a lot of other stuff and you are above your daily budget, then you are going to gain weight. It’s a combination of that and the rest of the things you are eating. Now depends on how you want to gain weight, if you want more muscles, you probably want to substitute most of that banana bread for more proteins.
