i know that wet foods can stick to a dog’s teeth but if i give him dental bones will it be ok?

Looking at thier website it looks like a pretty Good Food. They have semi-dry as well as cans. I would try to mix the two and not just feed the can food. However if you keep your dogs teeth up with brushings and dental bones they should be OK.
