Has anyone ever used those Jenny Craig type diet programs?
Do they work and is the food tasty…
I wanted to lose a few pounds before the dreaded swimsuit season and looked into some of these programs.
Nutra System, Medfast, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, what your opinion on these programs..
personally I have used Weight Wtachers. The online program for the past two years to track my meals and food I eat. Went from 299 to 210. I’m a 47 yo male. During this time and still i eat the frozen Weight wtachers meals. Just brought home some of the turkey and green beans (4 points) and some turkey and stuffing (6 points). I also like the 2 point Chicken Sante Fe with added tobasco.
Now to get the 90 pound weight less I also worked out lots. 4-5 times a week at the YMCA for 2 hours a day. Would ilft for an hour. then do 5 miles on the treadmill for the seocnd hour. have also been doing the P90X extreme fitness program. P90x (Beachbody) also provides exercise recovery dirnks, meal replacement shakes, and protein bars that I use everyday. Im far from the picture of fitness but I am defintely in the best shape of my life.
