You are correct. But you would end up spending $24 for the ingredients. This would yield 24 oz of product. That is equivalent to
12 bottles. Are you that big a fan? Restaurants that feature blackened fish do make their own blend. Remember that spices will deteriorate over time. How long do you think you would use 12 bottles worth? If it makes sense for you, go for it. The recipe can be found all over the internet.
