South Beach?
OK, I've been here a few times to ask questions about how to lose weight. Some of you have said about my doctor. Well, I took his advice and I do:) I would recommend the beach of the Southern diet. She told me that not only the weight "melt" away, but it is a healthy way. Well, I looked, it seems easy. How can something so simple works so well? In the first two weeks, told me that I can lose anywhere 8-13 pounds! Can you imagine that? And give up carbs for the first 2 weeks not hard, because I did Atkins years and succeeded (But I gained a lot back after death in the family and stress, and now I've discovered I have PCOS causes obesity) .. So I just wanted to know if anyone has tried and succeeded or not and if there is a Adiv, recipes, advice or what I need to know to start and finish this. I'm going to lose weight, I'm not giving myself!
It works. I lost weight on Atkins for some time. Put everything back when I lost my daughter quickly. (Speaking of stress and depression … I know what's going on.) I was in South Beach and remained in first 2 weeks a month. I lost 30 pounds in three months … 20 more to do. Stay with it … work.
