FAST TRACK BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE from Gavin Davenda
16 oz Low Fat Blueberry Or Strawberry Yogurt
1 1/4 C Skim Milk
3/4 C Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries Or Strawberries
3 Tbsp Dry Milk Powder
2 Tsp Honey
Blend all the ingredients until smooth, drink and enjoy!
