Gordon Ramsays Great Escape 100 of My Favourite Indian Recipes Cookbook Review
In Jan 2010, co-inciding with a new television special to air on Channel 4 UK (shot in June/July of this year) is a new cookbook, entitiled (like the tv special) Great Escape. It will be published by HarperCollins Publishers Ltd and will initially be available as a 272 apge hardcover book.
Gordon Ramsay’s Great Escape has the subheading of ‘100 of My Favourite Indian Recipes’ and thus highlights Chef Ramsay culinary tour throughout the sub-continent of India!

About the Author
