How well does Weight Watchers really work?
I just started on weight watchers last week. I am not going to the meetings though as I have six kids, a full time job, in school full time and trying to find the time to exercise in there somewhere. I’m pretty excited about it as I feel it is really teaching me how to eat healthier. My family can also benefit with the healthier meals from my WW cookbook. My goal is to lose 25 lbs by June 4th. That’s 15 weeks and like 1.67 lbs per week. What type of success and non successes
have others had with this program?
I found weight watchers a great program. I lost 48lbs in 8 months, I did attend meetings though and used their e-tools religiously. I needed to know I was going to be held accountable with my weight each week to motivate me to follow the process regularly.
Even after stopping the program I still use their techniques and am able to maintain my weight loss but still enjoy my favorite foods.
